With over 20 years in learning technology and professional development sales, Jus left the hustle and bustle of London with her family to renovate an old midwives house in a small south coast village on the sea. Early morning dog walks is where she claims she does her best thinking and gets to practice her photography skills.

Over the course of her career, she has managed blended learning technology and coaching solutions to a vast array of major blue-chip organizations. With her positive can-do attitude, she has developed successful sector-wide new business strategies, building diverse networks and immersing herself in building strong client relationships. She loves empowering people to be the best versions of themselves and has managed the implementation of digital solutions, workforce learning and transformative change projects, nationally and globally.

She strongly believes that it is not about selling somebody something, rather than getting them to trust and invest in your services and then going on a beautiful journey together. She highly prizes customer engagement and success and works tirelessly to make sure GAIA Insights is a force to be reckoned with on a global stage.

Away from work, Jus is an avid Tottenham Hotspur FC fan (unfortunately a family must!) and water sports enthusiast, swimming most days when she can grab the time. Her promise to herself is to get back to scuba diving and revisit South America. She loves spending time with her two teenage daughters who make her laugh more than anything else and keep her Xbox skills up to scratch!

Curious fact #1

Jus is allergic to wasps and despite everyone telling her otherwise, she still claims running away, flapping your arms and screaming is still the best deterrent!

Curious fact #2

Jus played junior national hockey before a bad injury left her needing full knee reconstruction and it was soon after that she decided to focus on another career.
