At GAIA Insights, we are proud of our brand promise. It reflects what we stand for and what our clients and partners can expect when working with us. Our evaluation scorecard solicits client feedback against our standards and we hold ourselves accountable to them:

So, how does this look like in practice? Commitment happens to be the top personal value of our founder. Her attitude of extreme dedication to a cause has inevitably become an intricate strand of the GAIA Insights DNA. Everyone in the team is willing to go the extra mile and more for the benefit of our clients, partners and participants – to the extend that we sometimes have to find a healthy balance that is sustainable. Delivering results is what we do, period. Our client feedback, alumni data and program outcomes speak for themselves. Last but not least, creative solutions enable our impact. We are good at creating from imagination, we think out of the box, we tailor every proposal to our client’s needs and we are not afraid of pushing boundaries.

Excellence – We provide nothing less than premium quality and high-touch service.

Premium quality is achieved when 99% of others stop because they consider their effort good enough. We are proud to be among that last 1% for whom improvement is always worth striving for. High-touch service means that we like to surprise our audience. That we care to personalize our services and constantly look for the pixie dust we can sprinkle onto what we do to make magic happen. All this to see wider smiles, a twinkle in the eyes and grateful hearts in the people we serve. Collaboration – We believe in the power of reciprocity, sharing and fair partnership.

There is power in the exchange with others for mutual benefit. The key word here is “mutual”. A team is greater than the sum of its parts if everyone feels seen, heard and valued. GAIA Insights has been established as a network organization right from the get-go because nature is role modeling the potential of ecosystems. Our cosmos includes coaches, experts, facilitators and suppliers but also clients as well as participants. Over the years, we have worked with over 100 partners in every corner of the world. We have certainly learned a few lessons about collaboration – sometimes the hard way. Our most esteemed partners have been with us for a decade and they are the valued collaborators with whom we share resources, risks and revenues. Most importantly, we share priceless experiences and memories that are among the best professional highlights anyone could wish for.

Sustainability – We think and act holistically, take regenerative actions and aim for sustained results.

Thinking and acting holistically means being concerned with wholes or with complete systems rather than with the analysis of, treatment of, or dissection into parts. We like to zoom out, taking the bigger picture into account before we take decisions and act on them. Taking regenerative actions means changing things for the better, restoring (organizational) ecosystems and leaving places, processes and people better off than we found them. In other words, we preach and practice regenerative leadership. Sustained results are results that can be tracked, measured and repeated over time. By now, we have more than a decade of evidence to prove it. In fact, we can showcase sustained impact for up to 5 years after people graduate from our programs. That is how long we survey our alumni.
