Reconnect with Yourself

GAIA Insights Getaway

When
April 24-27, 2026
(Friday to Monday)

Where
Tenuta di Fassia
Perugia, Umbria, Italy

We live in such a loud and busy world, hence it is important to pause and reflect to reconnect with who we are, to tap into our intuition and to allow silence, so we can listen to our inner voice of wisdom – not only to our inner critic. Imagine, being in the Italian countryside, connecting with yourself, others and Nature in a safe space where you can open up and nourish your body, mind and soul.

This getaway has been carefully crafted as a gift to yourself in the form of a time-out to pause, recalibrate and dream in the peaceful heart of the Umbrian countryside. Inspired by the framework of the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), Genevieve and Martina will guide you on a tour to explore your inner world. You are invited to take a deep-dive into aspects of ‘being’, ‘thinking’, ‘relating’, ‘collaborating’ and ‘acting’, bringing the IDGs to life through guided activities.

Places are limited. Facilitation will be in English.
