Artistic Change Catalyst

As a Leadership Trainer and Executive Coach, Julia was always fascinated by the mechanisms behind positive changes in people. Why do some people experience positive changes quickly while some maintain the status quo? What can enable teams, organizations, communities, and societies to change for the better?

In the past 20 years, Julia has been testing and practicing many change-related theories and methodologies on herself, such as Neuroscience and Positive Psychology. Eventually, she was able to crack the code and transform herself, her family and the local community.

She moved from Shanghai to the Philippines in 2017 with her Filipino husband and 10-year-old daughter. Since then, they have been working towards their dream. Their dream is to live in Nature. In 2018, they moved to a mountain to develop 3000 square meters of idle land into a family farm with limited resources. Since 2020, they have been happily living on the farm, which is surrounded by fruit trees, a vegetable garden, and a lemongrass field. They built businesses related to lemongrass distilling, family farm development, leadership development, and digital marketing. They were able to provide jobs to locals and develop them into authentic leaders. They are living in abundance with freedom.

Now, Julia’s dream is to help transform the communities and society, not limited to the corporate world. She would like to guide and support every step of the positive change process. Her mission is to enable positive change to happen faster with long-lasting effects.

Curious fact #1

Julia has liked cats since she was young, she knows how to communicate with cats who are all quite different. When she found out her neighbor caged a Siamese cat, she bought the cat from the neighbor to see her live in freedom.

Julia likes to learn about anti-aging. She follows a strict sleep regimen, organic diet and keeps her brain functioning well by developing new neural pathways, through learning a new language, art, meditation, and social activities.
